Our Purpose

Care Placement Service is the employment agency division of My Beloved Ministries . This division works to provide employment opportunities to the unemployed and underemployed. CPS has a main focus of assisting individuals together with companies that require integrity, skills, God-given abilities and career goals. In other words, we want each company to receive the best employee for the position, yet have the best company for the individual as well.

We work to appropriate and facilitate the match of each by utilizing creativity and genuine concern with personal intervention whenever possible. We choose to do this by making a correct balance of counseling, skills analysis and personality profiling. Seminars, workshops, and classes are also part of the CPS program. Communication also includes Biblical counseling and the establishment of those guidelines set forth in the word of God pertaining to the working man and business ethics.

CPS also works with those individuals whose personal problems have affected their own efforts to assimilate into the working population. These individuals who have bounded around between other employment agencies and community services find, that with our working commitment and environment, it is much easier for them to be open and to discuss their problems and concerns with us. CPS has and extensive referral and network system, along with departmental assistance programs that also intervene with the immediate necessities of day to day living needs.

Our purpose is to work together with the individual, the employer, and the Lord to resolve difficulties and to find solutions to the needed basics of life! We purpose to provide clothing, food, shelter, and finances whenever possible by teaching the individual to provide for himself, while at the same time, being able to receive that same help until he can do it alone.

My Beloved Ministries is funded by the contributions, Grants and gifts of individuals and partnerships with businesses and churches. The Care Placement Service division asks for a contribution after hire by the new employee, from the business or church/ministry for service instead of the enormous fees of the traditional employment agency. By sowing a seed from your blessing, some of your needs being met will be to help someone less fortunate, you can realize a greater value for what you've received and provide help to others at the same time while uniting the body of Christ!
